London EICR Testing Electrical Inspection condition report Deal - information. From £169.00
We have multi-service engineers and surveyors to save you multiple service visits. Everything is covered under one order.
A guide to calculating your circuits:
To get the total number of circuits, determine how many switches you have in each fuse board. A property with 2 fuse boards, 10 switches on one board and 8 on another, has 18 circuits.
EICR TESTING LONDON
What happens after placing my order, you will get an email confirming your Eicr order with the date and approximate time for one of our experienced London engineers to attend your Property or the requested site location.
Our electrical engineer will then carry out the electrical safety inspection condition report on your home electrical circuits and check for damaged items and your fuse board throughout the property, collecting all the information required for the electrical safety report.
After the electrical report and testing are complete, the engineer will return the information to the office, where the report will be ready to email you in PDF format. The report is normally a 7-page document with the characteristics of your electrical system, testing results, and possible recommendations depending on the safety testing and results found on your property. This is your copy to keep for your records or to assist you if any recommendations are noted on the electrical report.
The time to complete EICR testing can vary depending on the testing environment and the system you have on the property.
Note that we can put multiple engineers on request for some larger jobs.
Please note that our London electrical engineers will contact you if they run behind on their daily visits for the testing. We endeavour to get to you on time.
The recommended retest date will be on the electrical certification provided. We will send a reminder one month before the electrical inspection report expires, giving you time to rebook before it expires.
You have two ways to pay upfront online via the website, or you will be invoiced upon
completion of testing, but note that electrical certification will not be released until payment is made. Unless you are an existing account customer or this has been pre-agreed.
Easy booking with a team of experienced London staff and Qualified engineers, we strive to provide the best service at the best prices.

Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) in London
METRO PAT FM LTD provides professional PAT testing across London for businesses, landlords, commercial premises and construction sites.
We work with organisations of all sizes, including offices, shops, hotels, GP practices, dental practices, landlords and construction companies, providing reliable electrical safety testing throughout Central, North, South, East and West London.
PAT testing involves examining electrical appliances and equipment to help identify damage, deterioration or electrical faults that could make them unsafe to use. This normally includes a visual inspection together with appropriate electrical tests carried out by a competent technician.
PAT Testing and Electrical Safety
Businesses and those responsible for workplace electrical equipment have a duty to ensure that equipment is maintained in a safe condition.
PAT testing can form an important part of an effective electrical maintenance programme, particularly for equipment that is regularly used, moved frequently or exposed to demanding working environments.
The appropriate inspection and testing frequency will depend on factors such as the type of equipment, how it is used and the environment in which it operates.
METRO PAT FM LTD provides PAT testing for a wide range of electrical equipment, including Class I, Class II and SELV appliances, as well as 110V, 240V and 3-phase equipment used on construction sites.
PAT Testing Certificates
Following testing, we can provide a PAT testing certificate and testing records covering the electrical equipment inspected.
These records can help businesses, landlords and responsible persons manage their electrical safety programme and demonstrate that appropriate inspection and testing has been carried out.
We provide PAT testing for:
Offices and commercial premises, shops and retail businesses, hotels and hospitality businesses, landlords and rental properties, medical and dental practices, construction sites, schools and other organisations across London.
