-What happens after I order a legionella risk assessment?

You will receive an email confirming your order and providing the date and approximate time for one of our surveyors to visit your property or site.

Our surveyor will then conduct the inspection and will document their findings.

Once the assessment is completed, the surveyor will return the information to the office. You will receive a certificate of compliance in PDF format. Keep this for your records and to be able to produce if necessary.

The reports are sent to you via email within 24 hours of the appointment date.

Please remember that our surveyors will contact you if they are late for their daily testing visits. We make every effort to reach you on time.

The recommended retest date will be on the certification provided. We will send you a reminder one month before it expires, giving you enough time to rebook.

You have two payment options for this service: pay online via the eCommerce website upfront or invoice after testing; however, certification will not be released until payment is received. Unless you are an account customer or have previously been approved.
