EIRC Residential Info

Information on the London Eicr Electrical Test and Inspection Deal.

What happens once I place my order? First, you will receive an email confirming your order and the date and approximate time for one of our engineers to visit your property or the requested site location.

Our engineers will then test and inspect your home's electrical circuits, looking for damaged items and your fuse board throughout the property, collecting all necessary information.

After the testing is completed, our engineer will return the information to our head office. Then, the report will be ready to email to you in PDF format; the report is typically a 7-page document that includes characteristics of your electrical system, testing results, and possible recommendations based on the testing found on your property. This is your copy, which you should keep for your records.

The time it takes to complete Eicr testing can vary depending on the testing environment and system.

Please keep in mind that we can request multiple engineers for larger jobs.

The reports are emailed to you within 24 hours of completing the job.

Please remember that our engineers will contact you if they run late on their daily testing visits. We will do our best to get to you on time.

The recommended retest date will be on the certification, and we will send you a reminder one month before it expires to give you time to re-book.

You have two options: pay upfront online via the website or be invoiced upon completion of testing; however, certification will not be released until payment is received. Unless you have an existing account or this has been pre-arranged.

We strive to provide the best service at the best prices by utilising a team of experienced staff and qualified engineers.
