What happens after placing my legonella risk assessment order, you will get an email confirming your order with the date and approximate time for one of our surveyors to attend at you Property or site location.
Our surveyor will then carry out the inspection and record their findings.
After the assessment is complete the surveyor will send the information back to the office, where
the report will be ready to email you a PDF format, The certificate of compliance for you to produce
and keep for your records.
The reports are emailed to you within 24hrs of appointments date.
Note our surveyor will contact you in the event of them running behind time on their daily visits for
testing. We always endeavor to get to you on time.
The recommended retest date will be on the certification provided and we will send a reminder 1
month before it is due to expire, to give you time if you wanted to re book back in before expiry.
You have two options to pay for this service, pay online via the website eCommerce up front or we
can invoice after testing, but note certification will not be released until payment is made. Unless
you are an account customer, or it has been pre agreed before.
