Advice for the London Agreement on Assessing the Risk of Legionella.
What can I expect when I order a report on the potential for legionella growth? Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the date and time that one of our surveyors will arrive at your property or site.
After that, our surveyor will conduct the inspection and compile a report.
After finishing the inspection, the surveyor will send the data back to the office, where a report and certificate of compliance in PDF format will be prepared and sent to you via email.
Within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will receive an email with the reports.
Please be aware that should our surveyor run behind their schedule on any of their routine daily visits for testing, they will attempt to contact you. But, again, we promise to arrive promptly at all times.
You will receive a reminder one month before the expiration of your certification, giving you time to reschedule if necessary. The recommended retest date will be printed on the document we provide.
You can make payment in advance through the website's e-commerce system, or we can send an invoice after testing is complete; however, certification will not be issued until payment is received. Unless you are a regular account customer or if otherwise agreed upon in advance.
