London Pat testing Deal Commercial - Information.

What happens after I place my pat testing order? First, you will receive an email confirming your order and the date and approximate time for one of our engineers to visit your property or site.

Our engineers will perform testing and inspection before registering and labelling each item.

Any items that fail will be reported to the responsible party. In addition, Our engineer will apply a fail-label sticker to the failed item.

After the testing is completed, the engineer will send the information back to the office. Finally, the report, appliance register, and certificate of compliance will be ready for you to print and keep for your records.

On some more extensive jobs, we can request multiple engineers.

The reports are emailed to you within 24 hours of completing the job.

Please remember that our engineers will contact you if they run late on their daily testing visits. We make every effort to reach you on time.

The recommended retest date will be on the certification provided, and we will send you a reminder one month before it is due to expire, giving you time to rebook before it expires.

You will be invoiced once the testing is completed, but certification will not be released until payment is received unless you have an existing account or arranged an agreement.
