What happens after I place an order for fire extinguisher servicing?
You will receive an email confirming your order with the date and an estimated time when one of our engineers will arrive at the property or site location you specified in your order.

After our engineers complete testing and inspection, the items that have been tested will be registered and labelled.
​
Any items evaluated as failing will have their results communicated to the responsible party. And our engineer will add a failed label sticker to the item that had been unsuccessful.
​
After the testing has been completed, the engineer will send the information back to the office. Once the report has been prepared, we will email you a PDF copy, an appliance register and a certificate of compliance for you to print out and keep for your records.

On some larger jobs, we can put multiple engineers on request.
​
You will receive an email with the reports within twenty-four hours of the job's completion.
Please be aware that one of our engineers will get in touch with you if they are running behind schedule during their routine visits for testing. We will do our best to arrive at your location on time.
​
You will receive a certification with a recommended retest date, and we will send you a reminder email one month before the certificate expires. This will give you enough time to rebook an appointment before the certification becomes invalid.
​
After completing the examination, you will be given an invoice, but note that certification will not be granted until payment is made. Unless you already have an established account with us or this has been previously agreed upon.
