Updated: 5 days ago
Fire extinguishers require appropriate inspection and maintenance as part of a business's fire-safety responsibilities. METRO PAT FM LTD provides fire extinguisher testing and inspection across London.
We inspect relevant equipment and provide informed advice on any action required. Throughout London, METRO PAT FM LTD provides fire extinguisher testing, fire door compliance inspections, fire alarm testing and emergency lighting testing.
METRO PAT FM LTD specialises in fire extinguisher testing and inspection. We assess extinguisher condition and provide advice on any issues identified. We do not provide extinguisher maintenance, refilling or replacement services.
Why Should Fire Extinguishers Be Serviced?
Annual fire extinguisher inspections are required for all extinguishers to check weight, correct pressure, and signs of corrosion or damage. In addition, labels are checked for legibility, and dip tubes, hoses, and mechanisms are tested to ensure proper operation. An appropriately qualified engineer should perform regular maintenance.
We provide regular fire extinguisher inspections to all our clients and will come to your workplace, regardless of the size of your property or company. Our services will assist you in taking the necessary steps to keep your employees safe and comply with current fire safety legislation.
We have a very diverse client base and provide the same level of customer service whether you are a small business or a large corporate organisation.
Employers have a legal obligation under the Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order to ensure that fire extinguishers in the workplace are serviced regularly and are in good repair and working order.
Our technicians will visit your location and assess your specific needs, making recommendations throughout their visit.
